Your plan
- How do I cancel?
- In StartKick, open Me (or More), then Your plan, and tap Cancel. You can also cancel at link.com with the email you paid with. Cancel during the 3 free days and you are not charged. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the year or month you paid for.
- When am I charged?
- The first 3 days are free. If you do not cancel, your first year, or your first month on the monthly plan, is charged when they end, at the price you saw before checkout. The yearly plan then renews once a year at the regular yearly price, with a reminder before it renews. The monthly plan renews every month at the same price, and you can cancel it in one tap. You get an email when your trial starts.
- I forgot to cancel.
- Write to hello@startkick.app within 24 hours of your first payment after the free days and we refund it in full. Other payments are not refunded, except where the law gives you a right to one.
- Where are my receipts? How do I change my card?
- Stripe handles payments through Link and emails your receipts. To see them or change your card, sign in at link.com with the email you paid with.
- I paid once, before the yearly plan.
- You keep lifetime access. Nothing renews for you.
Signing in
- How do I open StartKick on another device?
- Go to Sign in, enter the email you used and type the 6-digit code we send you.
- The code does not arrive.
- Wait a minute and look in spam or promotions. Use the same email you used for the quiz or the payment. A code works for 10 minutes; you can ask for a new one. Still nothing? Write to us.
- I added StartKick to my home screen and it asks me to sign in.
- The home screen app keeps its own sign-in. Open it and sign in there with the code.
