Who runs StartKick

StartKick is run by Andrej Sinkovič s.p., Ljubljana, Slovenia. Questions about your data: hello@startkick.app.

Your quiz answers and your email.
Whether you said yes to StartKick tips by email.
The tasks you type into a Start Route, the choices you make, and whether a move helped you (What Worked).
Which pages and buttons you use. These records never include the text of your tasks.
Technical data such as your IP address in our server logs.

To show your result, write your First Moves and keep your Start Routes and What Worked.
To email your result, your StartKick link and your purchase confirmation.
To send StartKick tips, only if you said yes. Every tips email has an unsubscribe link.
To see which parts of StartKick help and which do not.

Contabo hosts our server and database in the EU.
Anthropic writes your First Moves. It gets the task text and the choices for that move, not your email.
Stripe handles payments. Through Link, Stripe is the merchant of record for your purchase. We never see your card details.
Resend sends our emails.
Meta, only if you allow ad cookies: we tell Meta that someone viewed a page, left an email or bought, so we can see which ads work. We never send your quiz answers, tasks or Start Pattern.
Some of these companies are in the United States. They work under contracts that protect your data.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to stop any use of it. Write to hello@startkick.app.
You can also complain to a data protection authority. In Slovenia that is the Information Commissioner (ip-rs.si).
